Jimin and Yoongi are my comfort people. They're both so emotionally intelligent, well-spoken, gentle and give amazing insights on quite heavy or difficult personal topics. I feel very grateful that they're so open with us and that they feel comfortable discussing these kinds of topics publically. There is a lot I've learned from them over the years and they've helped me become a better person. There is something very healing about listening to them having such deep conversations like this.

I miss yoonmin bickering! I really wish Jimin would make a mv for Face-off

It's so interesting to hear that Jimin seems to acknowledge what mostly everyone thinks regarding BTS, that the rap line have the most to do with their sound. They're the lyricists, the writers, the composers so it's easy to understand why Jimin feels that way and why many fans would too. For Suga to then say that the way the vocal line thinks of them is the same way they think of the vocal line. Which is exactly what I think makes BTS stand apart. It's a little more common now with groups becoming more well rounded but each member adds something the other doesn't. Yeah there's three rappers and four vocalists but none of them sound the same. RM brings an old-school hip-hop feel, something you definitely get in his solo music. It's more poetic in nature, whereas Suga comes in with more of the NWA, Eminem loud angry rap which can be hurt in his solo work. Same with J-Hope. His style is the "spoken word" subgenre in hip-hop ( Kanye, J. Cole, Talib Kweli). Vocal line is the same. Their mixture of tenor-baritone voices and different ranges is what gives them such a unique sound. They don't sound like anyone else. You can always tell when they're singing and that's invaluable.

It's so wholesome and heartwarming how Jimin was like "the vocal line thinks we were led by the rap line" and Yoongi responded with "and we thought we were led by the vocal line". It truly goes to show that each and every member is crucial to the team and absolutely irreplaceable and that they all complement each other. Nobody is more or less important than another member, BTS is BTS and it wouldn't be the same with any member missing.
